As part of their commitment to maintaining a secure and high-performing infrastructure, the Mindex team will be upgrading the Web Server environment of School Tool next week. From an end-user perspective nothing is changing. District URLs and IP addresses will remain the same. Districts will not need to do anything during this upgrade. Mindex has assigned a set of team members to test SchoolTool functionality during this process. This project will require some downtime. Your district's SchoolTool application will be unavailable on the afternoon of Friday, August 21st beginning at 2:00 pm. This project is anticipated to take approximately two to three hours. We will notify you as soon as the project is completed and the SchoolTool database and application are again available. We appreciate your patience and cooperation during this upgrade.
