The CNYRIC has been notified by Mindex that system maintenance for the SchoolTool servers is scheduled for Tuesday, June 16th, beginning at 9:00 pm. During this maintenance window, the SchoolTool application will be unavailable from 9:00 pm - midnight (12:00 am).
Mindex will also address the following issues reported by some users regarding the timeout notification behavior: The timeout notification pop-up appears when using the Master Schedule Whiteboard. Clicking the Continue button on the timeout notification pop-up does not continue the logged in session as expected.
Mindex has identified the cause of these issues and developed a fix. They will be targeting deployment of this fix during the scheduled maintenance window tonight. No additional downtime beyond this maintenance window is expected.
