CNYRIC has been notified by Mindex that a SchoolTool Production Release and Upgrade is scheduled for Tuesday, November 25th, beginning at 10:00 pm. During this upgrade, the SchoolTool application will be unavailable from 10:00 pm - 2:00 am.
An email notification with additional details will be sent to Student Management Contacts identified in the CNYRIC Trusted Agent Portal and to those on the CNYRIC EDS SchoolTool Upgrade Contact List. More details on features, fixes, and components are also available on the Mindex Release History website.
The CNYRIC EDS SchoolTool Support Team will send out any additional information, resources and documentation as it becomes available. Please do not hesitate to contact your primary SchoolTool Consultant or the CNYRIC Help Desk for additional assistance.
