This work includes upgrades to critical network systems and the deployment of enhanced core routing platforms designed to improve network resiliency, increase capacity, strengthen redundancy, and support future growth.
During this maintenance window, customers may experience brief interruptions to voice, internet, and related services while network traffic is migrated, and resiliency mechanisms are validated. While some impact is possible, we anticipate any service disruptions to be minimal and will work to complete all activities as quickly and efficiently as possible.
